Our Mission

R.I.S.E. HER Summit Inc. is a nonprofit movement built to create access, community, and sustainable opportunity for women and girls in music, entertainment, and tech.

We support both emerging and established creatives—from young women discovering their artistic identity to career-building professionals navigating the industry.

We Rally women and girls into solidarity, Inspire through stories and shared knowledge, Support growth through mentorship, grants, performance platforms, and industry access, and Empower them to build sustainable, confident creative careers.

We bridge generational gaps with post-career education, financial literacy, business development, creative technology training, and wellness support—ensuring that every woman and girl has real tools to rise.

Through main-stage learning, our women-led Interactive Beat-Making Session, Trailblazer Panels, ICU Recognition, the Brunch & Connect mixer, a curated Vendor Pavilion, and year-round programs, we turn barriers into pathways for artistic, professional, and personal growth.
